Mentally Interrupted Media ABN 39 390 863 605 ("we", "us", "our") provides the Mentally Interrupted Media Nextcloud Service ("Service") subject to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). By accessing or using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Internal Use Only Designation

This Service is designated for internal use by Mentally Interrupted Media authorised personnel, affiliates, and approved contractors only. External customer access is prohibited under these Terms.

You may only use the Service for legitimate business purposes of Mentally Interrupted Media. Prohibited uses include:

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

5. Intellectual Property

All content uploaded remains your property, subject to our limited license to operate the Service. Our pre-existing IP (software, branding) remains our property.

6. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance may occur.

7. Data Ownership and Backup

You retain ownership of your content. We implement automated backups but recommend your own backup strategy. We accept no liability for data loss.

8. Security Responsibilities

You must use strong passwords and follow security best practices. Do not share credentials or store sensitive information unnecessarily.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of Terms, security risks, or at our discretion with notice where practicable.

10. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damages up to AUD $100. We exclude indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes shall be resolved in NSW courts.

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
