Who these rules cover

These rules apply when Mentally Interrupted Media staff, contractors, or affiliates use our private Nextcloud cloud storage service.

✅ What you can do

• Store work files, documents, and project materials
• Share files securely with other team members
• Collaborate on documents with version history
• Use for legitimate business purposes

❌ What you cannot do

• Share access with external customers or public
• Store illegal content or malware
• Hog bandwidth with huge downloads/uploads
• Use automated scripts to scrape data
• Share your login details

Your login and security

Keep your password secret. Use a strong, unique password. You're responsible for everything done under your login.

Your files belong to you

Your uploaded files are yours. We only access them to keep the service running. We do automatic backups but you should backup important work too.

Service might go down sometimes

We aim to keep it running 24/7 but can't guarantee it. We'll do maintenance when needed and let you know when possible.

If we need to stop your access

We can suspend accounts that break rules or pose security risks. We'll try to warn you first.

If something goes wrong

Our responsibility is limited. We won't be liable for lost profits, data loss beyond backups, or indirect issues.

These rules can change

We might update these rules. Keep using the service = you accept the new rules.

Law stuff

Australian law (NSW) applies. Any disputes go to NSW courts.
